• Dimension 'A' 910mm is the height to the hot-plate, corresponding to modern work-top surfaces.
• 'B' 940mm, is the height to the small up-stand at the rear of the top-plate.
• 'C' 1355, is the minimum clearance needed for the insulating lids to open. Obviously considerably more distance is actually required to allow for comfortable handling, particularly where the cooker is installed in a recess, when a further minimum of 60mm is desirable.
• 'D' is to the top of the fan enclosure, only found on models 440KB, 460KB, 480KB & 499KB

Dimension 'A' 905mm, is the total basic width of the Rayburn, including the overhang of the top-plate.

Most models, can be 'slot fitted' in a tight recess, with only a minimum clearance as shown left.

Note that if the right hand side wall extends beyond the front of the Rayburn, then the gap must be increased to 50mm to allow for the oven doors to fully open.

This increased gap can also be useful if the oil supply pipe is brought along and into the cooker with a 90 degree bend.

• Dimension 'A' 542mm, is the base measurement, and to which any hearth or plinth should be constructed.
• 'B' 582mm, is the distance front to back, including the overhang of the top-plate.
• 'C' 65mm is the extra distance of the hand-rail.

Models 480AG(CF) & 480AL(CF)

• Dimension 'A' 38mm, is from the rear of the cooker to the centre line of the pipe inlet.
• Dimension 'B' 446mm, is from the base of the cooker to the centre line of the bottom, return pipe connection.
• Dimension 'C' 50mm, is the distance between the centre line of each tapping.
• Both connections are 22mm diameter compression copper.

Models 480CD

• Dimension 'A' 38mm, is from the rear of the cooker to the centre line of the pipe inlet.
• Dimension 'B' 336mm, is from the base of the cooker to the centre line of the bottom, return pipe connection.
• Dimension 'C' 333mm, is the distance between the centre line of each tapping.
• Both connections are 22mm diameter compression copper.

Models 480AL(CF) & 480AG(CF)

• Dimension 'A' 1240mm, is measured from the base of the cooker to the start of the flue pipe.
• 'B' 125mm is the diameter of the flue-pipe
• 'C' 118mm, is taken from the right-hand side of the cooker to the centre line of the flue.
• 'D' 102mm, is measured from the rear of the cooker to the centre line of the flue.

480CD

• A = Oven vent pipe - 28mm diameter.
• B = Flue pipes (2 off) - 100mm diameter, maximum length 514mm or 1000mm using optional extension.
• C = Condensate pipe outlet.
