TURNING YOUR RAYBURN ON

Ensure that water system is filled and electricity and gas supplies turned on.

To Light Cooker burner.

1. Turn the cooker thermostat to the desired position.

2. Choose either Auto (timed) or Manual cooking by pressing the AUTO/MAN button on the timeclock.

To Light Boiler Burner

The boiler burner has automatic electronic ignition and will operate under the control of the thermostat and the external programmer.

Should a problem arise with either burner, a flashing error code will appear on the clock display screen. A cooker fault code shows on the r/h side, boiler faults towards the l/h side of the screen.

The error condition can be reset by pressing the ‘Repeat’ button.

In the event of the error code regularly occurring, the matter should be investigated by your service engineer.

WARNING. If either burner fails to ignite or operate properly; or there is a smell of gas or fumes; or you are unsure if the cooker has been serviced recently, --- DO NOT USE --- Have the appliance checked by a qualified engineer.
